Key Skills and Abilities:
1. In-depth knowledge of records management and IT regulations, principles, processes, and documentation procedures; knowledge of agile management strategies and information management needs; ability to interpret policy and procedures applicable to configuration and data management and tailor support programs to specific requirements.
4. Ability to schedule, coordinate, track, and react to changes in/to leadership processes and direction.
5. Ability to analyze and improve work processes, including task management systems.
6. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to prepare and present briefings, coordinate planning efforts, and manage program activities.
8. Ability to plan and organize work and coordinate with other disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and MS Teams as a knowledge or information manager.
2. Experience with a Task Management Tool such as ETMS2, Sales Force, or other COTS product

**Requirements**:
**Conditions of Employment**:

- U.S. Citizenship Required
- This position is on-site and eligible for telework within commuting distance to the office, 4-6 days per pay period.
- PCS and incentives are not available.

- Random drug testing may be required depending upon the position being filled.
- Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI.
- May be required to travel by military or commercial aircraft in the performance of TDY assign.
