**Position**

Due to continuing growth in our business, we have an opening for a quality control inspector. Responsibilities of this position include:

- Inspecting component parts manufactured in-house and purchased from outside vendors;
- Preparing inspection reports and maintaining databases;
- Testing and troubleshooting components and finished products to address quality issues;
- Working with design and manufacturing engineers to improve product design and manufacturing processes.

**Qualifications**
- College degree from a 2- or 4-year college, plus 2+ years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to use a wide variety of measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, comparators and coordinate measuring machines.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering prints and drawings
- Ability to prepare and complete inspection forms and related documentation.
- Knowledge of standard quality procedures.
