Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Kennel Technician to join our team. As a Kennel Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to the animals in our facility. This is a physically demanding role that requires a love for animals and the ability to handle them with care.

**Duties**:

- Clean and sanitize kennels, cages, and animal living areas
- Provide food, water, and medications to animals as directed
- Walk dogs and ensure they receive regular exercise
- Monitor the health and well-being of animals and report any concerns
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Maintain accurate records of animal care, including feeding schedules, medications, and behavior observations
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and answer any questions or concerns they may have

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a kennel or animal care facility is preferred
- Knowledge of basic animal care techniques and practices
- Familiarity with handling various types of animals, including dogs and cats
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Weekends and Holidays are a must, we work 7 days a week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
