Billing Clerk

** MUST HAVE BILLING AND INVOICING EXPERIENCE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION. NO EXCEPTIONS **

**$21.00 to $23.00 per hour.**

**Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm**

We are looking for an experienced Billing Clerk for our Whittier office. You must have previous experience with billing and invoicing experience.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Billing
- Pro-Rating
- Invoicing
- Credit Card Processing
- Data Entry
- General Office Accounting
- General Office Filing

**MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS**:

- Type 50 WPM
- 10 Key
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office - Some Excel Knowledge Required
- General Mathematics a must.
- Legible Penmanship
- Communication Skills (verbal and written) - ability to convey meaning and obtain understanding.
- Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills - ability to group work and resources in relation to the work being done, prioritizing, and scheduling.
- People Skills - ability to effectively relate to customers and employees in all organizational levels, being sensitive to their needs.
- Conceptual Skills - ability to see entire operation objectives ensuring that individual programs work within the framework of the company’s objectives.
- Customer & Employee Relations - ability to relate to customers with an attitude of friendliness while conveying confidence in the company’s professionalism.

PTSPRI
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Great Customer Service Skills
- At least 1 year of Administrative assistant experience.
- Positive Attitude under Stress Conditions
