- Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including using lifting systems
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation with patients
- Assist with memory care for patients with cognitive impairments
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Support patients with activities of daily living, such as toileting and hygiene
- Follow care plans and document patient progress
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

- Experience as a nurse or home health aide is preferred
- Proficient in meal preparation and following dietary restrictions
- Knowledge of medical documentation and record keeping
- Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility needs
- Familiarity with memory care techniques for patients with cognitive impairments
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
- Understanding of home care practices and protocols
