Bdc Representative

Job Summary:
The BDC representative at Puente Hills Mitsubishi is a full-time position in the auto industry that offers a base plus commission sales structure. This remote-based position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels and driving sales for the company. The BDC representative will be an individual contributor, working independently to meet sales goals and maintain customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:
The BDC representative will receive a competitive monthly compensation of $3500 to $4500, paid monthly. In addition to the base salary, this position will also have the opportunity to earn commission on sales made. **Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective communication and persuasion skills
- Utilize company CRM system to track and document customer interactions and sales progress
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively advise customers and make sales
- Collaborate with team members and management to continuously improve processes and increase sales
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers and team members

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Remote work experience is a plus
