Warehouse Worker

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team at our Goshen, IN facility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pull and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Put away incoming stock in the correct locations, ensuring efficient use of warehouse space.
- Verify the accuracy of orders and shipments, checking for any discrepancies or damages.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals.
- Report any issues, such as equipment malfunctions or safety hazards, to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
