Overview:

**Framer Responsibilities**:

- Assist with wood framing construction, including assembling and installing structural components
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements
- Restore and renovate existing structures
- Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Finisher Responsibilities**:

- Assist with wood framing construction, including assembling and installing structural components
- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete construction tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements
- Restore and renovate existing structures
- Collaborate with construction management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Hang interior doors
- Trim doors and windows
- Install base and casing
- Install door hardware
- Install stair components
- Install closet shelving

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in heavy lifting and manual labor within a construction setting
- Proficiency in operating power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Knowledge of various roofing systems and installation method
- Previous experience in restoring and renovating structures is preferred

**Must pass a drug screen to qualify for employment.**

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
