**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Assist Escrow Officer in opening, processing, and closing escrow transactions.
- Review purchase contracts, title commitments, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare escrow instructions, settlement statements, and other necessary paperwork for closing transactions.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties to coordinate closing logistics and resolve any issues.
- Order title insurance, surveys, and other necessary documents as required for transactions.
- Maintain accurate escrow files and records, including updating transaction statuses and communicating updates to relevant parties.
- Assist with disbursement of funds and recording of documents after closing.
- Handle inquiries from clients, real estate professionals, and other parties regarding escrow transactions.
- Assist with post-closing activities, including filing and recording documents with appropriate county offices.
- Stay up-to-date on Texas title and escrow laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved in transactions.
