We are committed to providing exceptional vacation stays for our guests. We take pride in our work, knowing our efforts will create experiences to remember. We provide our guests with a spotless first impression through our self-motivated housekeeping team.

**What we're looking for**

We're searching for self-motivated, and accountable team members who will embody our values and keep each of their properties in outstanding shape.

We prefer availability 7 days per week between the hours of 10AM and 4PM on assigned days. But we can make exceptions when we understand your personally needs.

**What you'll do**
- Professionally clean and maintain Unique Stays vacation rental properties using cleaning procedures that conform to Unique Stays standards using an App that tracks your time and task checklist.
- We currently have 6 properties in South Bend and plan to add more.
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces including floors.
- Laundry Services
- Create a welcoming environment for our guests
- Identify damages and create tickets for maintenance as needed.
- Taking bagged trash to trash receptacles.
- Replenish consumable items such as soaps and paper products
- Attempting to take care of basic maintenance tasks when urgent needs arise.
- You will work under a terrific housekeeping supervisor who will provide training and answer your questions.

**The skills you'll need and position requirements**
- Transportation
- Weekend availability. Sunday can be a busy clean day.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, bend, stoop, squat, kneel and lift over 20 pounds
- We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Possession, use, or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs in the workplace is prohibited._
- Some positions may require that you drive a personal vehicle and/or company vehicle for work purposes. Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years of age. Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver's license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years._
- An offer of employment allows us to provide a successful completion of a background check._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
