As a Sales Associate at FreeStyle Gift & Souvenir, you will be the face of our store, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers. Your goal will be to ensure every visitor leaves with a smile and a perfect souvenir to remember their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels.
- Participate in merchandising and promotional activities.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Previous retail / customer service / sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week
