**Quick Lube Technician - Job Description**:
The Quick Lube Technician is responsible for performing the basic maintenance of customer vehicles. This position requires exceptional teamwork and the ability to work repetitively on complex tasks. This is a flat rate, commission pay position. Advancement opportunities to other Service Roles including Specialized Technician.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, tire balancing, battery testing
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
- Make accurate use of Multi-Point Inspection Form for each vehicle
- Participate in manufacturer sponsored training
- Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments

**Qualifications**:

- Automotive Technical School Certifications Preferred
- 1 Year of Automotive Technician Experience required
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check
- Must have basic tools and/or toolbox or tool storage
- Reliable transportation to work
- Evening (open until 6:00 pm) and Saturday availability (No Sundays required)
- Pay is semi-monthly and is based on Technician Flagged Hours - Commission Pay
- Physical Demands of Job include standing, bending, kneeling, and stretching for primary job duties.**_

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
