**What you’ll accomplish**:

- Open and inspect returned mail to determine the cause of the return.
- Update customer account information based on the findings (e.g. correct address, note returned mail status).
- Document and report patterns of returned mail to identify potential issues in mailing process.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
