**Attraction Maintenance Supervisor**

Ride Entertainment is the industry’s gold standard in safety and support, offering services in amusement ride sales, operations, ride installation and maintenance to amusement parks across the country.

Ride Entertainment’s Installation and Maintenance Division, Ride Manufacturing Incorporated (RMI), is seeking hardworking, motivated individuals to join our maintenance team. Our maintenance team currently services several different attraction locations throughout New York City, including the world-famous SeaGlass Carousel.

We are dedicated to providing top-notch maintenance services and are looking for a skilled individual to oversee our maintenance operations for the attractions at Top of the Rock.

**Responsibilities and Job Duties**

The Attraction Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of technicians that is responsible for completing routine maintenance, daily startup and inspections, and emergency and routine maintenance support to the ongoing operation of multiple attractions. As the Attraction Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the attractions by:

- Supervise and lead a team of multi-craft maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks.
- Oversee the maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure equipment functionality.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team for efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report to management as needed.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies to resolve maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Read basic mechanical assembly drawings and manuals
- Ensure the accurate completion of maintenance records and documentation according to company procedures
- Assist the administrative team in scheduling the Attraction Maintenance Technicians
- Maintain a safe working environment for yourself and the team by keeping all work spaces clean and secure
- Complete and maintain OSHA 30 general industry certification, demonstrate safe work practices and safety leadership at all times
- Work in a professional and courteous manner with the attraction Operations team
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when in a guest facing area

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of maintenance management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and other online software for managing and running daily operations
- Strong mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Electrical knowledge and experience working with electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and control panels, and logic controllers.
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to diagnose issues accurately

**Benefits and Pay**

This is a full-time position with benefits including:

- $36.00 - $40.00 per hour, full-time position

**Job Requirements**

Pay: $36.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
