**Brief Description**

Megapixel is a leading high-quality LED display systems provider. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in Valencia, California, with staff located around the world, Megapixel has established itself as the leading innovator in LED display processing technology.

We are seeking a highly organized, and detail-oriented person to join our growing Operations team. This individual will be vital to ensuring warehouse operations run smoothly from our Valencia, CA headquarters.

**Responsibilities**

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- **Customer Order Fulfillment**: Assist with customer order fulfillment including scanning inventory to orders, packaging, palletizing, and creating shipping documents.
- **Shipping & Receiving**: Receive and log incoming and outgoing shipments. Track shipments en route to ensure there are no delivery delays.
- **QC & Inventory Management**: QC inventory items and assist with inventory accuracy. Manage internal assets.
- **RMA & Service**: After becoming proficient with Megapixel offerings, assist with RMA evaluation, repairs and/or replacements, and returns.
- **Warehouse Organization**:Assist with keeping the warehouse tidy and organized.
- **Safety**: Must follow all safety practices and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- **Other**: Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or operations role.
- Proven experience with order processing, data entry, shipping/receiving, and customer service.
- Pushing, Pulling, and lifting up to 50lbs.
- Ability to operate a forklift a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Some knowledge of Google Workspace a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
