Job Summary:
The People Services Generalist will work closely with the Regional Manager, People Services in support of their assigned schools. The Generalist will assist with Recruitment, Leave of Absence Administration, Unemployment Administration, 30-60-90 day reviews, New Hire Orientation, and Employee Relations. In addition, the Generalist is responsible for delivering assistance on various projects, HRIS and record retention.

**Duties**:

- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting and onboarding
- Assist in training development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Utilize data analysis skills to drive HR decisions and strategies
- Handle conflict management and change management within the organization
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure HR processes align with company goals

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and trends
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with contract management and recruiting processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
