Role: Approved Medication Administration Personnel (AMAP) Instructor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and facilitating a positive learning environment for our students. **Duties**:
- Prepare and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and improve instructional materials
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance
Qualifications:
- Must be a Registered Professional Nurse (RN)
- Previous teaching or instructional experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom setting
- Knowledge of instructional strategies and techniques
- Passion for teaching and helping students succeed
