At Revolution Sports Performance our team helps athletes improve strength, power, speed, and movement quality in a manner that easily translates onto the playing field. Because of our athlete first mindset, we are always looking to improve our training methods by continuously learning and self-evaluating.

The Performance Coach will report directly to the Director of Sports Performance to guarantee all programs are being executed at the highest standard. Communication and collaboration between all team members is crucial to ensure each athlete has the best opportunity for success.

Our goal with every intern is to make it as much like a full-time position as possible. As you prove yourself as a competent, organized intern, you will be given more responsibilities and freedom.

**Responsibilities**:

- Connect with the athletes on a personal level
- Show up on time
- Oversee and instruct small group and team training sessions
- Demonstrate proper technique for exercises
- Correct form during training sessions
- Demonstrate the ability to seek creative solutions to complex problems
- Ask questions

**Expectations of all Applicants**:

- Ability to connect and communicate with middle school, high school, college, and professional athletes and parents
- Attention to detail
- Promote a positive gym environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- High Emotional IQ

**HOURS**:
M-TH: 3:45pm-8pm

F: 3:45pm-7pm

Additional hours may be required during the training period.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS**:
**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Completed Bachelor and/or pursuing Master's in Exercise Science or related program

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $36,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)
