- 5+ years of engineering team management experience, including team building, mentoring, and performance management
- Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for the full software/hardware/networks development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, CI/CD, testing, security reviews, and secure DevOps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Shout-Outs engineering teams build full-stack products, mobile and web front-ends to back-end services to persistent storage. Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will own setting the technical vision, strategy, roadmap, execution and delivery of Shout-Outs projects. You will need to understand and work backwards from the customers needs with long-term focus. You will need to work with product, UX designer, and stakeholders to build the solution. As you build towards the future, you will raise the bar on software quality, scalability, team processes and performance improvement for your customers and business. This role will involve setting technical vision, scaling architecture, reducing tech debt, and raising the bar in OE and delivery.
- You will manage and mentor a high performing team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment, conducting performance reviews, and promoting professional growth.
- You will define and drive the technical vision and roadmap for our cloud-based security products and services, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on requirements and priorities.
- You will review architecture design and overseeing software development of highly scalable systems.
- You will communicate technical concepts, project status, and risk assessments to stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
