- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the food truck
- Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks

Qualifications:

- Top notch customer service
- Experience in cash handling
- Common knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with sales techniques and upselling strategies
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment, including food preparation tasks
- Food prep/cooking background or interest is a plus

What makes this position unique?
- The weather can easily change our schedule. You must be flexible to open late or be cut early depending on business/weather
- It is truly a fun position - but can be HOT. We are installing an A/C in a few weeks, but you will still be operating in the elements around fire
- This position is PRIMARILY in Rising Sun and Conowingo. But you must have reliable transportation capable of traveling within Cecil County and Southern PA (Oxford/Delta area).
- The listed pay per hour includes tips. The base pay is $15 per hour and tips vary from $2-$7 per hour. Proven experience could bring additional pay
- We are a Christian owned and operated food truck, and operate accordingly :)
