**_Empire Cooler Service_** _has been the leading supplier of refrigeration and ice making equipment in the Chicago area since 1932. We sell, lease and service equipment to the largest restaurant, hotel, and hospitality groups in the Midwest. We are a “white-glove service company” whose goal is to anticipate and exceed our customer's needs in this ever-changing market._
**We are looking for Seasonal Delivery Drivers**
**_Must be available to work afternoons/early evenings and weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) from mid-May until early September. _**
**Job Summary**:
The **Seasonal** **Delivery Driver **will be responsible for delivering emergency ice to our customers.
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
The **Seasonal** **Delivery Driver **will:
- Follow routes and time schedule
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate an ice delivery vehicle
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
**Minimum Job Requirements**:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven working experience as a Stock Delivery Driver; box truck experience a plus
Valid professional driver’s license with clean driving record
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
