"Vallejo CDJR is searching for a passionate and knowledgeable Used Car Advisor to join our team As a pivotal member of our dealership, you'll play a crucial role in assisting customers with their pre-owned vehicle needs, providing expert guidance and exceptional service every step of the way.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Customer Consultation**: Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations for pre-owned vehicles based on their requirements and budget.
- ** Vehicle Knowledge**: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our pre-owned inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively assist customers in their decision-making process.
- ** Vehicle Presentation**: Ensure pre-owned vehicles are accurately showcased to customers, including coordinating test drives and highlighting key selling points during vehicle presentations.
- ** Sales Support**: Collaborate with our sales team to facilitate the sales process, including negotiating prices, completing paperwork, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
- ** Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service at all times, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering long-lasting relationships with customers to promote repeat business and referrals.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Automotive Knowledge**: Previous experience in automotive sales or a strong passion for automobiles, with a solid understanding of pre-owned vehicle models, features, and market trends.
- ** Sales Skills**: Proven sales ability, with the confidence and expertise to guide customers through the purchasing process and close deals effectively.
