**STEPS Behavioral Health** of **Maryland** is looking to hire a **full-time/part-time **Board-Certified** Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** to join our growing team.

This special education position earns a **competitive pay** of **$75 - $95 hourly** or a **salary** of **$67,000 - $90,000 per year**. **We pay our team for time spent both working with clients directly and performing other administrative duties**.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A BCBA**

As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, you make it possible for us to assist more clients during their hard times. With an individualized approach, you create treatment plans for your clients that help them to improve or extinguish undesired behaviors.

You work closely with parents, supporting and training them for the benefit of their children. To ensure that the treatment plans you create are carried out correctly, you supervise the therapists and serve as a resource for them.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Master's degree in a related field such as ABA, special education, or psychology
- ** Possess BCBA certification active for the State of Maryland**:

- Experience providing direct care to individuals with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
