**Description**:
The auditor shall be responsible for providing independent audit services to support the Government's financial statement audit. These services shall be performed in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, OMB Bulletin 19-03, as amended, and the GAO Financial Audit Manual.

**The Level 1 Auditor shall possess the following capabilities**:

- Contribute to research, planning, and testing activities.
- Contribute to work streams by drafting documents to include working papers.
- Plan, execute, and review work streams of the engagement.
- Provide input to methodology while coordinating analysis with other project personnel.
- Review working papers of other auditors.
- Prepare and implement audit program.
- Prepare and present solutions and deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant business or technical field of study with sufficient credit hours to sit for the CPA exam.
- Two (2) or more years of general audit experience.
- Desired: One (1) year of Federal Government audit experience.
- TS/SCI with CI or FS Poly
