**Role**:
You will be tasked with implementing advanced SharePoint features such as lists, libraries, forms, and workflows, aimed at optimizing HR employee engagement processes and ensuring operational efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and a keen ability to ensure data security, maintain detailed documentation, and adhere to all relevant data regulations, particularly those pertinent to HR.

**Duties**:

- **HR-Focused Development**:Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and subsites, particularly those used by the HR department.
- **Customization for HR Needs**:Implement and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, forms, and workflows to specifically cater to HR processes such as employee engagement, human capital, and work life benefit initiative.
- **Data Security and Compliance**:Ensure that all HR data within SharePoint is secure, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and properly documented.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**:Collaborate closely with IT and HR teams to enhance the usability and functionality of SharePoint solutions that support HR activities.
- **Troubleshooting and Optimization**:Troubleshoot and optimize SharePoint setups to meet specific HR needs, enhancing system performance and user satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 5 years’ experience in SharePoint development and administration, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work on HR-related projects.
- **Technical Expertise**:Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and functionality. Proficiency in SQL Server,.NET, PowerShell, and other relevant technologies.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, especially in troubleshooting and resolving HR system issues.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and HR personnel.
- **Education**:A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
- **Background**:Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and retain a public trust clearance.
