Hotel Breakfast Attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team at our hotel. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, assisting with any questions or requests
- Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot food items
- Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a consistent supply for guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout the shift, including wiping tables, cleaning spills, and emptying trash bins
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
- Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes as needed
- Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations in the breakfast area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills, including experience with POS systems, is a plus
- Strong organizational skills to keep the breakfast area clean and well-maintained

Hours will be 430am to around 1pm as needed to complete duties. 3-4 days/week.
