**Operational Risk Analyst**

**Duration : 1 year plus extensions**

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and analytical Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. You will play a crucial role in identifying and analyzing data to make informed decisions that will minimize financial loss and protect the company's assets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct risk assessments and to identify potential risks
- Develop risk management strategies and implement effective controls
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of risk management processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with risk management policies and procedures
- Perform analysis to identify trends and patterns
- Conduct research to support risk assessment activities
- Assist in the development of fraud prevention and detection measures
- Conduct credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients
- Use data mining techniques to extract relevant information from large datasets

**Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in risk analysis within the financial services industry
- Familiarity with fraud prevention and detection techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
