We are seeking a motivated Door Knocker to join our team. As a Door Knocker, you will engage with community members to convey important messages, promote services, or gather information through door-to-door interactions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to engage with residents
- Provide information about services, products, or campaigns
- Collect feedback and data from community members
- Promote events, initiatives, or political campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes
- Communicate effectively with diverse individuals
- Follow prescribed scripts or talking points during interactions

**Requirements**:

- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and engage with people from various backgrounds
- Experience in electioneering, fundraising, or telemarketing is a plus
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Knowledge of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to supervise or lead a team in the field
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods

Pay: $18.17 - $21.88 per hour
