**About The Opportunity**

Cotuit Solar is a renewable energy & sustainability company serving SE Massachusetts, Cape Cod and the islands. We are a close knit group that has been in business for 35 years. We need additional help in design, education and implementation of systems. This is a full time, 40 hour/week position requiring dependability and consistency.

**Responsibilities Include but are not limited to**:

- Intake of customers, education and presentation
- Solar design using Aurora solar software
- Site evaluations
- Permits, inspections, interconnections, scheduling for installations, attending any that require an on-site representative
- General support as needed for the company

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient and compassionate in written and verbal communication
- Proficient organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision making/problem solving
- Ability to work with a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and good working relationships with all personnel and customers

**Required Experience**:

- Energy conscious mindset
- Minimum of 1-year Customer Service experience
- Computer Literacy (Adobe PDF, Microsoft Office, Google Drive), experience with Sketchup and/or Layout preferred.
- Building, Solar, engineering experience preferred
