Banquet Setup/server

The busy season is around the corner and the historic Hotel Northampton is gearing up and increasing staff to prepare for the season. We will be hiring part-time banquet servers to work weddings, meetings and special events, during our upcoming fast paced season.

All shifts available but you must be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays. Please include relevant experience on your resume as well as availability.

You will earn an hourly rate plus gratuity. This is not an entry-level position, but we will train those who have had prior experience in a restaurant or catering setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up banquet events according to the event specifications and requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests during banquet events.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards at all times.
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean and organized banquet area.
- Collaborate with the catering team to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests.
- Utilize restaurant experience to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs during events.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
- Contribute to the overall success of banquet events by working collaboratively with the team.

Pay: From $6.75 per hour
