Great Barrington Dispensary is seeking Associates to join our team. We are looking for highly motivated individuals that pride themselves on integrity and hard work.
- Guide customers through the process of understanding, selecting, and purchasing product both behind the register and on the floor.
- Share knowledge of products and effects to customers.
- Keep the appearance of the store clean, organized, and in pristine condition.
- Handle cash transactions with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Protect the physical assets of the store by maintaining trustworthiness with cash handling.
- Work as a team, and follow direction given from Flood Leads, Assistant Managers, and Manager.
- Have the ability to self-motivate, and help where needed with a positive attitude.
- Upkeep on current laws, which include but are not limited to, Metrc uploads and standards, ID’s, and City and State requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Background Check and Facility License
- 3 years of retail and cash handling experience
- Nights, weekends and Holidays

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
