Redbird, a prominent company in Milwaukee, is seeking versatile individuals to join our team as Hosts/Cashiers. As a Host/Cashier at Redbird, you will play a crucial role in welcoming guests to our establishment and ensuring a seamless dining experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Host Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant
- Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements to ensure efficient use of dining space
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Monitor dining room activity and anticipate guests' needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station area

**Cashier Responsibilities**:

- Ring up purchases accurately and efficiently using a cash register or POS system
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Provide friendly and helpful service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the checkout area
- Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining inventory as needed

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a host, cashier, or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions and seating arrangements
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent
