We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Waterpark Filtration Technician to join our team and ensure that our water filtration systems are effectively maintained and operated.

**Position Summary**

As a Waterpark Filtration Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing the water quality and filtration systems within our waterpark. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation, maintenance, and repair of water filtration equipment to ensure that our facilities meet and exceed industry standards for water quality and guest safety.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform regular maintenance and inspection of water filtration systems, including sand filters, cartridge filters, UV sterilizers, and chemical treatment systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters such as pH levels, chlorine levels, water clarity, and flow rates, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Conduct routine testing of splashpad water quality to identify any issues or deviations from established parameters and take appropriate measures.
- Troubleshoot and repair filtration system malfunctions, leaks, and equipment failures, working to minimize downtime and maintain continuous water filtration.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including filter replacements, chemical treatments, and system inspections, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the installation, calibration, and programming of water treatment equipment and related control systems.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure efficient coordination of filtration system maintenance, shutdowns, and repairs without disrupting park operations.
- Provide input on equipment upgrades, maintenance schedules, and budget planning to optimize water quality and filtration system performance.

**Mandatory and Desired Qualifications/Education and Training**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in water treatment, filtration systems, or a related field. CPO is preferred.
- Proven experience in water treatment, pool maintenance, or industrial filtration, especially within a waterpark, swimming pool, or aquatic facility.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with maintaining pumps, valves, and piping systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays, especially during peak operating seasons.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, climbing, bending, working at heights, and working in various weather conditions.
- Background check and drug test will be conducted upon employment offer.
