**Why do we need you?**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform comprehensive audits of outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify product quantities, SKU numbers, and product descriptions against pick tickets and shipping orders.
- Conduct random checks of outgoing products to assess quality, condition, and packaging integrity.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations and shipping teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues identified during audits.
- Maintain accurate records of audit results, including any discrepancies or corrective actions taken.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety protocols and best practices in the warehouse environment.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of audit procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend strategies to optimize outbound operations.
- Provide training and support to warehouse staff regarding audit processes and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as inventory management and customer service, to address any concerns or inquiries related to outbound shipments.

**Requirements**:
**Required and Preferred Skills/Experience/Education**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in warehousing or quality control is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, outbound auditing, or quality control.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
- Physical stamina to perform regular audits and lift/move moderately heavy items as required.
- A willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed.
