**Job Description**:
Job Summary

The Trust Administrator, working within Epiq’s Disbursements team, and with Epiq’s Lien Operations teams, is responsible for supporting the Payments Supervisor, and guaranteeing the goals and objectives of the Disbursement’s team are executed as it concerns paying healthcare liens. This includes overseeing the management, operations, and distribution of all activity related to the processing of lien payments through the Lien Repayment Trust (the “Trust”). This individual is also responsible for supervising a Trust team, developing the team and their skills, identifying, and monitoring payment procedures, and ensuring compliance internally and externally.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide support through the Trust to the Disbursements team to reconcile data discrepancies that exist between excel lien payment trackers and Galaxy (proprietary lien database).
- Oversee final lien statuses and payments due to agencies, contractors, and other lienholders, focusing on existing records to review amongst three different trackers, to reduce aged fund reports to current.
- Oversee & analyze remaining funds in the Trust and identify the proper payee.
- Develop and review performance data to measure productivity or goal achievement.
- Oversee day-to-day operational Trust payment activities and tasks to ensure deliverables are met timely and accurately.
- Anticipate and proactively address issues and delays.
- Manage internal team relationships and coordinate deliverables between the Trust and Lien Operations.
- Research lien activity and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Monitor employee productivity and optimize and/or implement procedures to reduce costs.
- Identify and ensure fulfillment of internal and external training needs for the team.
- Provide career pathing and coaching opportunities for team members.
- Schedule, create agenda and attend team meetings and recurring one-on-ones with direct reports.
- Provide final review of SOPs and process mapping.
- Prepare monthly reports for delivery to the Trustee of Trust, management, and Operations teams as needed.
- Participate in the successful implementation of new projects as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in a finance, or data related role.
- 3+ years of experience supervising a team, preferably in the context of trust administration.
- Trust, other financial, accounting or banking experience preferred.
- Must be able to work independently, and interdependently, and as an effective team leader.
- Strong problem solving and analytical ability.
- Strong communicator, including written, oral, and listening skills.
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.
