We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakeshop and espresso bar. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Support Crafted Scone Admin in fulfilling our mission. You will do this by being a model of holding to the standards and expectations, training & developing new and existing team members, successfully reaching our goals and targets, and various administrative responsibilities.
- Ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day operations of the cafe or venue.
- Hiring and training of new bakers and baristas. This includes conducting interviews.
- Training employees on making beverages and how to use and clean coffee equipment and machines.
- Vendor management and regular stock ordering as presented in our order guides.
- Updating the menu and beverage selection based on seasonal menus and new items offered.
- Ensure staff are meeting customer service standards and are trained to handle conflict or customer complaints.
- Maintain cleaning and hygiene standards in all areas of the cafe or venue
- Foster friendly relationships with customers to encourage regular business and customer satisfaction.
- Building relationships with your customers
- Serving behind the counter and talking customers through their options
- Checking in with customers in dining areas
- Creating and assigning shifts to your staff.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet or exceed goals
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with your colleagues and fellow managers.

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
