**Position**: Epidemiologist
**Duration**: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum education: PhD in Epidemiology
- Required: Epidemiology and statistics background
- Nice to haves: Therapeutic Area (TA) Infectious disease or Vaccine background
- Software skills: MS Office suite and SAS/R programming skills

**Primary activities include but are not limited to**:

- Responsible for assisting lead epidemiologists in worldwide epidemiologic tasks for assigned company products in Vaccine and Infectious Disease therapy areas.
- Under the supervision of a senior/lead epidemiologist to conduct activities such as, but not limited to, literature reviews, summarizing and interpreting literature review findings, protocol development, presentation slide preparation, and preparation of study reports and manuscripts.
- Under the supervision of a senior/lead epidemiologist to participate in study planning and day-to-day operational activities. May be responsible for discrete components of a study (e.g. developing a charter, organizing a publication committee, etc)
- Under the supervision of a senior/lead epidemiologist to draft portions of various documents, such as PSUR, DSUR, RMP, etc
- Responsible for some Client internal processes, such as submission of documents, preparation for study registration, etc.
- Responsible for coordination of meetings with external investigators and taking meeting minutes
- Responsible for selected data analysis and summarizing analysis findings
