**Responsibilities**:

- Major Duties and Responsibilities 45% Welcomes members and demonstrate efficiency with financial transactions for members in lobby or over the telephone
- receives funds, posts transactions and pays out funds as requested and per policy
- Verbally confirm intended transactions with members to assure needs are met and minimize redoing
- Provides appropriate solutions and cross-sells credit union services
- 15% Balances cash drawer daily to assure accuracy in transactions and notifies supervisor regarding any outages
- 10% Receives loan payments and savings deposits from members, addresses inquiries on accounts, records amounts and dates of payments and other significant information, checks customer calculations and validates checks and/or counts cash payments
- 10% Issues cashier's checks, receives currency for coin and verifies amounts, cashes checks according to written procedures
- 10% Research, troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries regarding policies, practices and products
- 5% Performs other duties as assigned
- 5% Assist other departments and branches with transactions as needed, provide support for the department and branch managers in fulfilling member requests and merchant verifications
- Must comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
