Position Overview
- LENAX _is looking for a Project Manager to assist-with-or-manage (depending upon the level of position that becomes available) the development and implementation of work packages and Task Orders. Provides direction and input on projects-from the design development stage through construction. May act as the client's primary representative on a project-establishing standards for meeting minutes, records, and etc.; and, ensuring that Designers and Contractors are meeting CEQA/NEPA and/or Entitlement requirements. Facilitates coordination with other of the client's divisions and regulatory agencies (e.g., Planning, FAA, TSA, AQMD, SHPO, EPA, and etc.) as appropriate. Coordinates messaging plan, notices, contingency planning and other tasks as needed. Should the position level be a IV or V, additional, specialized experience and/or expertise will be required for the successful delivery of aviation projects. The Project Manager IV or V will oversee the fulfillment of the client's overarching organizational goals by coordinating activities and interdependencies between multiple project teams with a focus on the strategy and delivery of the overarching program on behalf of the client. They will monitor key performance indicators for project and overall program progress, resources, budget, risks and opportunities. They will collaborate and communicate with the client's leadership and project team leaders to review progress and tackle issues as they arise, taking corrective actions where needed.

Required Qualifications
- Years of directly applicable experience required will depend upon the level of the position issued, and preferably on airport projects: PM I - 5+ years; PM II - 10+ years; PM III - 15+ years + demonstrated, specialized experience / area of expertise; PM V - 20+ years + demonstrated, specialized experience / area of expertise.
- Minimum, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Aviation, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or other related technical field. Master's Degree preferred. (Depending upon job posting specifics, additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may qualify and be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.)
- Relevant Professional Licensure and/or Certifications are strongly preferred (e.g., AAAE, LEED, PMP, PE, AICP, and etc., or any other relevant Licensure or Certifications).
- Knowledge of all parts of the project life cycle, to include master planning, design and closeout.
- Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), a plus.
- Experience in alternative delivery methods, strongly preferred.
- Experience using a web-based, project management system such as Prolog, Procore, or Proliance.

Additional (Potential) - Preferred (but not Required) Qualifications
- Experience in Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certified projects strongly preferred.
- A valid Certificate of Registration as an Architect by the California Architectural Board or Professional Engineer by the California State Board for Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
- A valid Construction Manager (CCM) credential by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).
