Studio Preparatory (formerly Acton Imprimis) is a 3-day a week homeschool cooperative with an ecumenical staff serving families of all faiths and ethnicities. **Required experience and skills**:

**Preferred Experience and skills**:

**Working conditions**:
- Classes meet for 32 weeks; From Aug 20th - May 16th
- **Staff Training and meetings**: May 20-24; June 4th; informal meetings with colleagues during the summer; Aug 5-8; Aug 12-15 workdays in the studio (this is flexible)
- **Co-op Breaks**: Oct 12- Oct 20; Nov 23rd
- Dec 1; Dec 14th - Jan 5th; March 8th - March 23rd
- **Staff Silence**: Summer 2024 June 10th - July 7th (This is a time to unplug from all of the noise of work. Staff members have the freedom to use this time however they choose.)
- Required staff meeting attendance
- 4-8 per year (usually online)
- **In-person requirement**: 5-6 hours / week of class time on Tues
- Thurs; Math is Tues-thurs at 10am. Science is Tues
- Thurs at 1pm.
- **Weekly work expectations**: 13-14 hours per week (This includes 8 hours of class prep work outside of class
- at home or onsite )
- _If interested, there is the possibility of expanding the in-person requirement to a max of 24 hrs. This would increase the compensation for this role. _
