We are currently recruiting for a Direct Support Professional within our Residential program. This position works with individuals with Developmental Disabilities encouraging them to live independent and productive lives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provides timely and accurate service related documentation to include progress notes.
- Provides transport of individual(s) to and from program sites and community activities and/or assists individuals with securing private transportation arrangements as needed.
- Assists in planning, implementing and updating individualized services utilizing a person-centered approach that is focused on independent living and community inclusion and participation.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Work Schedule**:
We are currently recruiting for Full-Time and PRN positions within our Residential program.

This position offers differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Ability to handle physical aspects of job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for periods of time.
- Work experience with individuals with developmental disabilities _**preferred.**_
- Valid driver’s license is _**required.**_
- High school diploma or equivalent _**required.**_

**Experience**:

- working with individuals with DD diagnosis: 1 year (preferred)
