Paradise Jets is a local, family-owned and operated private aviation company in the Phoenix metro area looking for an exceptional Lear 60 Captain to join our team. We provide luxurious and customized travel experiences for our elite clientele. With a commitment to excellence, safety, and unmatched service, we have established ourselves as a leader in the private aviation industry.

As a Lear 60 Captain for Paradise Jets, you will be expected to provide consistent high-end service and safety to our clients, constantly looking to go above and beyond to make them a raving fan. You should be comfortable and experienced leading a team on the road, ensuring all the details necessary details are planned for and accounted. You must display accuracy, efficiency, flexibility, and the speed necessary to keep up in the world of private aviation.

**Requirements**:

- Current FAA medical.
- Pass drug & alcohol test.
- Captain experience.
- Prefer someone with on-demand charter experience, but not required.
- Highly prefer someone with a current, active Lear 60 rating (but not required).
- Must have Part 135 experience and knowledge.
- Ability to move at a quick, accurate pace.
- Comfortable flexing and adjusting to exceed the needs and expectations of high-demand clients.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
