**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive and unload shipments, ensuring all items are accounted for.
- Organize and maintain stockrooms to maximize space and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- **Stock Replenishment**:

- Restock shelves and displays on the sales floor.
- Ensure that merchandise is properly labeled and priced.
- Rotate stock to ensure that older items are displayed first.
- **Store Maintenance**:

- Maintain a clean and organized stockroom and sales floor.
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with setting up and taking down promotional displays.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with sales associates and management to support store operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members about inventory needs and priorities.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, especially during peak times.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with locating products on the sales floor.
- Provide friendly and helpful service when interacting with customers.
- Support sales associates by retrieving items from the stockroom as needed.
