Schedule subcontractors for building phases, from excavation to tile and coping using online software system

Maintain construction schedule throughout the day based on subcontractor availability and updates

Call multiple subcontractors daily to confirm schedule items

Participate in daily meetings with project managers to assess schedule and set agenda for the day

Greet clients enthusiastically and offer them a beverage while they wait to meet with a designer

Communicate with clients before and during construction process and provide daily updates

Ensure milestone payments are collected on time, based on completion of construction phases

Handle warranty calls, along with submitting warranty to appropriate service station

Maintain professional demeanor

File/scan office documents and save to a shared drive

Maintain office/breakroom supplies and obtain additional supplies as needed
- **Requirements**:_

Bilingual in Spanish highly preferred

Business Degree or High School Diploma

Experience in scheduling, answering phone calls, and customer service

Handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines while maintaining accuracy, organization, and excellent customer service

Professional written and verbal communication

Ability to perform well under stress

Excellent customer service and time management skills

Knowledge in basic computer software and the ability to learn additional software

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word

Dependable work transportation

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
