Hotel Maintenance

**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer / Houseman**

**Job Summary**:
We're seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician / House man to join our team. As a Maintenance Tech / houseman, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment, facilities, and systems within the hotel. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff instruments.

**Duties**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as Hvac, Pool mtc, plumbing, and electrical upkeep.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including HVAC, pool, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and internal work orders for maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and make necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with special projects and renovations as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions to guest services.
- Laundry help as needed.
- As well as general and deep cleaning.
- Help with housekeeping as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by managers, supervisors or front desk.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with Precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
- Ability to various types of equipment and systems effectively.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems for proper maintenance practices.

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
