Porter/janitorial

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for all occupants.

**Duties**:

- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed
- Perform residential painting tasks when required
- Carry out porter duties including trash removal and recycling
- Execute commercial cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness standards

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Experience as a porter handling various cleaning duties

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $15.69 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 26 per week
