**Head Instructor**

We are seeking **Head Instructor** with a fun outgoing personality and a passion for tutoring children Kindergarten to High School in Reading, Writing, and Math. Applicant must be energetic, have a great attitude, and enjoy working with children in a fun atmosphere. Most importantly, applicant must have a commitment to integrity, quality, enthusiasm, exceptional service, and teamwork.

We are seeking a part-time Head Instructor for our center in Friendswood, Texas, who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervise classroom operations and ensure that all instructors adhere to The Tutoring Center’s proven system
- Analyze student progress and recommend appropriate instructional strategies and techniques
- Prepare student progress reports and communicate results to parents
- Reach out to student teachers to understand class syllabus and test schedules to provide tutoring guidance to instructors
- Maintain attendance records, file student related artifacts in an organized and detailed fashion
- Support Center Director with all student enrollment related activities
- Foster good relationships with parents to provide excellent customer service and increase student retention
- Schedule, confirm and follow up on parent test consultations, and other meetings
- Administer Diagnostic Assessments, as needed
- Assist in the hiring and development of new instructors.

Requirements include:

- One year commitment
- Completion of the franchise training program
- Available Monday - Friday, 2:30 - 7:30pm and some Saturdays as needed.
