Pattern Maker

Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative skilled Pattern Maker who wants the ability to earn profit sharing to join our team. The Pattern Maker will be responsible for creating precise digital patterns used in the production of garments. They can work from the office or from home. We are looking for this person to run the production operation as well and earn monthly profit sharing. 3d rendering ability a plus.

**Duties**:

- Develop and create patterns based on design specifications
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to operate equipment such as sewing machines
- Sew and fabricate sample garments for fittings and adjustments
- Draft and modify patterns to ensure proper fit and design
- Collaborate with designer and production team to interpret design requirements
- Conduct fittings and make necessary alterations to patterns

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in garment construction techniques
- Experience in fabricating patterns for various types of clothing
- Knowledge of machining processes related to pattern making
- Ability to interpret design sketches and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision in pattern creation
- Familiarity with industry-standard pattern making software is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 50 per week
