Looking for a personable Front Desk Receptionist with a billing/coding background for medical and dental claims. In this role, you will ensure that our patients' appointments are appropriately scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the needs of the patients, and take charge of accounts receivables and billing/codes duties. The Dental Receptionist's responsibilities includes:

- Greeting and welcoming patient to the practice
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms
- Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures
- Entering patient information onto our data system
- Answering patients' questions and arranging referrals to other dental specialists
- Preparing billing statements
- Verifying methods of payment and collection payments as needed
- Creating and issuing invoices for clients
