**Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
- Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
- Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
- Preparing patients’ charts.
- Communicating with Dental insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
- Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
- Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
- Flexibility in scheduling is required for all positions
- Required to travel between Philadelphia and Delaware County offices. (Center City, South Philadelphia, Clifton Heights, and Folsom)
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing and supporting as assigned

**EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING & CERTIFICATES REQUIREMENTS**:

- High School Diploma/GED required
- Valid Driver’s License & Automobile Insurance
- CPR certification (Offered On-site as needed)

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
